Ecom Data Solutions is the owner or licensee of the Roach.ai platform. Roach.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that provides access to millions of ads and placements from social networks. It is an intelligence solution that allows monitoring marketing strategies worldwide.

We use cookies. By accessing Roach.ai, you have agreed to use cookies in accordance with Roach.ai’s privacy policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to retrieve user details on each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable certain functionalities to facilitate your visit to our website. Some of our advertising/affiliate partners may also use cookies.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to hold accounts or provide services to any individual. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information provided during the registration process or at other times is found to be inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or fraudulent.

As part of the registration process, you will provide your email address, password, and nationality. You agree to provide accurate and current information regarding your nationality. Your email address and password are personal to you, and you must not authorize any other person or persons to use your username or password. We are not responsible for any harm caused or related to theft or misuse of your email or password, or the disclosure of your email or password. 7. POTENTIAL ISSUES
It may occur that our administrators are improving the development of the site, causing the database not to be updated for 24 to 48 hours. Beyond these hours, all collected data will be accessible on the site. Please note that some links and videos may be broken. Additionally, certain links may redirect to an advertisement that is no longer available or not visible to the public. Therefore, some links may appear dead, but this is not the case. Lastly, you are aware that Roach.ai may experience server outages and may not be operational for a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks.
8. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. We may modify prices at any time, but you will be informed if these changes affect you. Telecommunication fees required to access Roach.ai’s websites are your responsibility.
9. PAYMENT
Payments are made immediately upon ordering. Secure online payments by credit card are processed by our payment service provider. The transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. Once the payment is initiated, the transaction is immediately charged after verification of the information. In accordance with the provisions of the Monetary and Financial Code, the payment commitment given by the card is irrevocable. By providing your bank information at the time of sale, you authorize us to debit your card for the amount related to the indicated price. You confirm that you are the lawful holder of the card to be debited and that you are legally authorized to use it. In case of an error or if it is impossible to debit the card, the sale is immediately canceled.
10. BILLING
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes you have incurred in connection with the use of our services. After any payment, you will be able to download an invoice in your user settings (app.roach.ai). It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct and up-to-date personal information so that the invoice is accurate. If the information we have collected from you is incorrect, it will result in an erroneous invoice. You will be solely and fully responsible for this. We may modify the current fees and taxes or add new ones from time to time, but we will notify you in advance.
11. AVAILABLE PLANS
Multiple plans are available. If you sign up for the platform without selecting a plan in advance, you will be automatically enrolled in the Lite plan. The Lite plan is free and allows you to explore the platform and its features. Please note that usage restrictions apply to this plan. These restrictions are in the form of “credits” limitations (see the section below). We may modify, tighten, or adjust these restrictions at any time, but you will be notified if they affect you. At any time, you can change your plan by going to your user settings. Two paid plans are available on the platform: the Starter plan and the Premium plan. The only notable difference between the two plans is the number of included “credits” and access to the “Shops” section, which is only available in the Premium plan. Both the Starter and Premium plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions.
12. NOTION OF CREDITS
The three plans within Roach.ai have a limited quantity of credits. For the Starter and Premium plans, these credits are allocated either monthly or annually, depending on whether you have opted for a monthly or annual subscription. When your credits are non-zero, you can use the platform and its included features according to your plan. Once your credits are depleted, you can either wait for the renewal of credits in your next period or purchase additional credits to continue using the tool. The notion of credits is specific to Roach.ai. Credits are consumed during tool usage, such as when submitting a query, scrolling through advertisements, or viewing a detail page. We reserve the right to modify, decrease, or increase the number of credits consumed during tool usage. The notion of credits may evolve or disappear at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Each paid plan defines a certain number of credits, which may positively or negatively evolve over the months. You will be notified if this evolution applies to you.
13. SUBSCRIPTION START
If you choose to purchase one of our paid subscriptions, the duration of your subscription will commence once we have confirmed your payment of the fees in accordance with the payment instructions on the website. At that time, you will have access to the platform with the updated features described on the website for the respective subscription.
14. SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION
At any time, you can terminate your subscription to end any future payments. After canceling your subscription, you will have access to Roach.ai until the end of your current period (monthly or annual). For example:
– If you have an annual subscription and cancel it 4 months after your initial payment, you will have access to the tool and all features included in your plan for the next 8 months.
– If you have a monthly subscription and cancel it 20 days after your initial payment, you will have access to the tool and all features included in your plan for the next 10 days. If you cancel your subscription before the end date of your period and no longer wish to use the tool, we will not refund the remaining days of your billing period or your remaining credits. These remaining credits will be forfeited.
15. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Depending on the type of subscription you have subscribed to, payable either monthly or annually, your subscription will be automatically renewed every 30 days or every year (365 days). To avoid being charged again on the renewal date, make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours in advance. You agree that if you no longer need the service, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. We cannot be held responsible if you forget to cancel your subscription.
16. REFUND POLICY
All paid services offered by Roach are non-withdrawal and irrevocable, so we do not issue any refunds once the order is completed and if the user had used his part or total of the Credits he receives monthly. We therefore encourage you to read the general conditions carefully before making a purchase:
By making a purchase on our website, this means that you have read the general conditions and that you fully accept them.
In rare cases, we accept refund requests for new users within 24 hours of their first purchase*.
*Please note that :
– First purchase means initial payment with an identified account, and does not include monthly renewal, or plan upgrade.
– You will need to provide us with detailed and justified reasons for the refund.
– We do not refund in the event of non-use, dissatisfaction or forgetting to cancel.
